Los Angeles Clippers

This week I will be doing my blog on the Los Angeles Clippers.  who have started the season off with a record of six wins and four losses.  They had started the season off with four wins and no losses, but now have lost four of their last six games.  Every single game that the Clippers have won one of their all stars Blake Griffin led the team in scoring, except for one game that he scored over third but wasn't the leading scorer.  The Clippers all star point guard hasn't played in two straight games so far, and Blake Griffin got ejected from a game against the Phenix Suns.  Three of the seven different teams that the Clippers have versed are not in the top eight spots in their conference.  Their next week they will be versing the Golden state Warriors who are still undefeated, and have beat the Clippers before this year.

Los Angeles Lakers

This week I will be doing my blog about the Los Angeles Lakers, who haven't been doing so good this season.  They have started off this season with only one win and five losses, and there are only two teams in the league with only one win.  Though there are five total teams with only one win or less.  They have had three home games and three away games.  All the teams that the lakers have played ,except the Minnesota Timberwolves; are not in the top eight.  Which they have lost all of their home games.  In the 2015 NBA Draft they had the second pick in the whole draft and they chose D'Angelo Russell.  Russell has averaged 9.3 points per game this season to go along with 3.2 rebounds and 2.3 rebounds per game.  Their leading scorers this season have been Kobe Bryant and Jordan Clarkson, who each average 16.5 points per game.  That is it for this week next week I will be doing this blog on the Los Angeles Clippers.

Golden State Warriors

This week I will be doing this blog on the Golden State Warriors.  The Warriors have come off of a Championship win last season over the Cleveland Cavaliers.  So far this season the Warriors have started with three wins and zero losses.  With all three of those wins against all playoffs teams from last season.  They have beat the Houston Rockets and the New Orleans Pelicans, twice.  Both of these teams they beat last year in the playoffs, on their road to the championship.  The first game they beat the Pelicans with a score of 111 to 95 points.  Stephan Curry had 40 points with 24 of them in the first quarter.  That is one point shy of Stephan Curry's career high for points in one quarter.  The next game they versed the Houston Rockets, who have the second leading scorer in points per game last season, James Harden.  Who the Warriors shut down for the whole game, he shot 18 shots and made 4 with 16 points.  Curry had 25 points to go along with the 112 to 92 win for the warriors.

San Diego Chargers

This week I am going to do my blog on the San Diego Chargers.  This year the Chargers's record is two wins and five losses.  They have not really shown they are a competitive team in this league yet.  After their loss today to the Oakland Raiders, they are now on a three game losing streak, after starting the year out with two wins and two losses.  In all of the games, win or loss; their quarterback Philip Rivers has been playing outstanding.  He is leading the league in passing yards and all purpose yards, even though their running game isn't that good, and is currently sitting at 29th place.  Philip Rivers is averaging 430.7 yards per game and his highest yards in a game this season is 503 yards, and his lowest is 241 passing yards in a game.  Next week they are going to Baltimore and are going to verse the Ravens who are not having that good of a season either.  After that game they are going to host the Chicago Bears, then have their their bye week.  Right now they are third in their division and are going to try to fix that and maybe make the playoffs.

San Francisco 49ers Again

This week I am going to do this blog about the San Francisco 49ers again.  The 49ers were one of the best teams last season and the season before, but this year is not looking that good for them.  They have started out the season with one win and four losses.  They won their first game against the Minnesota Vikings by a score of 3 to 20.  After that win they lost their next four games.  First they lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers with a score of 43 to 18 and allowed Ben Roethlisberger to throw three touch downs.  The next game they lost was to the Arizona Cardinals ;who are leading their division right now with a record of four wins and one loss, by a score of 47 to seven.  Colin Kaepernick (the 49ers quarter back) that game had only 67 passing yards and threw four interceptions, including two interceptions leading to touchdowns in a spam of seven minutes.  Their next loss was to the undefeated Green Bay Packers by a score of 17 to three.  This game was Colin Kaepernick,s second straight game with no touchdowns.  Lastly their most recent loss was to the New York Giants by a score of 27 to 30.  This game Kaepernick finally stepped up and scored two touchdowns but the Giants had a late drive and took a late lead with 21 seconds left.  That is all for this week and if you are a 49ers fan I would not be so excited for the season.

San Francisco 49ers

This week I will be doing my blog about the San Fransisco 49ers.  This week they will be versing the Green Bay Packers.  The last three times they went up against each other the 49ers won each time,  and two of the last three times were during the playoffs.  This time though I think that the Packers will win.  The 49ers have one win and two losses right now, and the Packers have yet to lose a game.  So far through the season the 49ers have not done that good at all.  Last week they got blown out by the Cardinals 47 to 7.  The only good thing for the 49ers is that they are ranked number two in rushing yards this season.  On the bad side though they are ranked 30th in passing yards and last in points per game.  Plus in week two the 49ers lost to the Steelers 43 to 18 in another blow out.  In addition the 49ers have Reggie Bush injured and Vernon Davis injured who are both huge offensive threats.

Oakland Raiders

This week I am going to do my blog about the Oakland Raiders.  They have stepped up their game this week and have a record of two wins and one loss.  They have some young talent and are getting better each game.  There quarterback is Derek Carr, who was a rookie last year.  Also Amari Cooper who was the fourth pick in this years draft.  They won their second game today against the Cleveland Browns with a score of 27 to 20.  This game ended in a dramatic interception by Charles Woodson.  Amari Cooper caught over 100 yards today, and Derek Carr threw for over 300 yards.  This was also their first win not at home since the 2013 season.  Their next game will be against the Chicago Bears, also not at home.  The bears got blown out by the Seattle Seahawks  today so for any Raiders fans this could be another great win.  That is it for this week see you next week.

Introduction to my Blog

In this blog site I will be talking about all the California sport teams.  In specific the football and basketball teams of California.  I will be up dating scores, stats, and more general news.  The teams that I will mostly be talking about are the GoldenState Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers, and the San Francisco 49ers.  So far in the first two weeks of the NFL foot ball season all the California teams aren"t doing that good.  Each of the teams have had one win and one loss.  The Oakland Raiders lost their first game to the bengals and then beat the Ravens.  In the Raider's first game of the season their forth overall pick in the NFL Draft Amari Cooper had 47 yards on six receptions.  The Chargers beat the Lions and lost to the mighty Bengals that had also beaten the Raiders.  The most favorited team out of the three teams, the 49ers; are not doing that good either.  They won their first game against the Vikings, but then got blown out by the Steelers with a score of 43 to 18.
